The Staff World Story

In 2011, parent company Language World founded Staff World Services (SWS) to serve Sacramento's regional staffing needs with an emphasis on bilingualism. The company quickly expanded to the Bay Area, placing hospital interpreters in UC Hospital Systems and local institutions, including city, state, and community-based organizations. Initially focused on bilingualism, SWS has since broadened its service offerings to include traditional staffing and now serves some of the largest employers in our region. Last year, the dedicated team at SWS successfully placed hundreds of candidates throughout the Sacramento Area. 

Armed with an ongoing understanding of local markets and companies, SWS remains a top choice for candidates and organizations seeking personalized service, transparent communication, and expert guidance.
